How we build, in public.

A short list of commitments we hold ourselves to. They are not aspirations. They are the rules we use to decide what to ship, what to refuse, and what to measure ourselves on.

    Humans hold the decisions

    We will

    We build AI that surfaces, drafts, and counsels.

    We won't

    We do not build AI that acts on a leader's behalf without their explicit, in-the-moment consent.

    Clarity over capability

    We will

    We ship features when they make a leader's decision sharper.

    We won't

    We do not ship features whose primary effect is to obscure how a decision got made.

  3. 03

    Private by default

    We will

    Customer data stays inside the customer's trust boundary. No training on customer data without explicit, scoped consent.

    We won't

    We do not aggregate, resell, or model on customer data for any purpose the customer did not specifically agree to.

    Honest about limits

    We will

    We tell customers what HALO and LEO are not good at, in writing, before they buy.

    We won't

    We do not demo capabilities the product cannot reliably deliver in deployment.

    Built with operators

    We will

    Every meaningful product decision is shaped by leaders running real businesses, not by what is fashionable in the discourse.

    We won't

    We do not optimize for analyst slides at the expense of the people in the seat.
